"I posted a comment like this on Startup Nation, but I wanted to say it here too. I am so, so happy with my heat relaxers. I have a pink one on my shoulders right now.
I'm over 40 and I exercise a lot. I enjoy running, karate, boxing, and weightlifting. I get pretty sore some days. I was looking all over for something like this. Everything I found was made of plastic or scratchy and expensive. I was really getting frustrated. Then, I found your heat relaxers.
I was so excited when I got the box. They were packaged so beautifully. What a great gift for someone! (I decided immediately that this would be a great gift for my son's teachers for Christmas. You'll get another order from me soon.)
They work really, really well. I keep two in the freezer and two ready to microwave. Yes, I have four of them for myself! Mostly, I just use one hot one around my neck. However, sometimes I use another hot one by the small of my back. The cold ones are great on my shins after a long run.

"Just a note to let you know that I have an aching shoulder and so in the middle of the night I woke up, went to the freezer (where I had put the heat relaxer) and laid it on my aching shoulder and was able to go back to sleep. Maybe we need to have a different name for the heat relaxer for mature people like me that know this product is very versatile!!
You can have a "new name" for cold relaxers for your next contest."

"My husband and I both suffer from arthritis pain. We've been enjoying our recently purchased Heat Relaxer. I've come up with 6 reasons why I'm glad i bought a Heat Relaxer, or two, or three. .(actually 9!!)
1. Heat Relaxer has 'baffles' to prevent bunching of the inner contents. We find that this works extremely well. I use it around my neck, across my lower back and over my shoulder blades. My husband uses it around his wrists and on his mid back. Its got a good weight to it and lays nicely where you put it.
2. Heat Relaxer has a slimmer contour, so it lays more flat on the body. Other heating bags are bulkier, rounder and don't lie well, so they don't give as much comfort.
3. Heat Relaxer is 3 inches longer than our old brand of heat/cold bag.
4. The Heat Relaxer is half the price of our 'name brand' heat/cold bag!!!
5. The Heat Relaxer is beautiful. I love the pastel colours and the soft fabrics. My other heat/cold bag fabric is made from neither soft nor beautiful fabric. My husband doesn't care about having a 'beautiful' heat bag. . maybe i'll get him the 'baseball' fabric Heat Relaxer, then I can have this one all to myself!!
6. The Heat Relaxer has a washable outer casing with velcro closure. I love this. My old bag. . pardon the expression . . . does not and so can't be washed. Yeah, it looks pretty gross.
We're both very happy with this wonderful product. I also found the service wonderful, care was taken to pack the order beautifully ready for gifting, with instructions for use, business cards, etc. The shipping cost to Canada was really reasonable, which also made me happy! I'm sure we'll get lots and lots of comfort from our Heat Relaxer. I feel good about its quality, practicality, comfort and beauty. So good, in fact, I've happily purchased several of these lovely things as gifts for Christmas. "
